This Louisville Fire-Rated aluminum attic ladder has a working load capability of 375 lb. This aluminum attic ladder fits ceiling heights of 7 ft 8 in to 10 ft 3 in and has a rough opening of 22.5 x 54 in. The Fire-Rated AL2240MG-FT features a sturdy, yet lightweight design with pre-drilled holes for easier installation. The Fire-Rated door is flame-retardant for up to 30 min compliant with ASTM E84. It features an easy to open door with gas piston system, factory installed energy efficiency weather stripping, adjustable shoes, slip-resistant steps and an aluminum handrail for a comfortable transition. The Louisville AL2240MG-FT Fire-Rated aluminum attic ladder meets or exceeds the safety standards set by ANSI.Key Features
